Job Title: Virtual Customer Support Associate - Telangana,India

Role & responsibilities

Communicate with customers through calls, chats, or emails.
Address questions and provide clear, helpful information.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, products, or services.
Use internal systems to research and deliver accurate solutions.
Ensure each customer interaction is smooth and satisfactory.

Working Hours:

Flexible shifts to align with customer needs
40 hours per week minimum
Shift timings between 6 AM to 11 PM, Sunday through Monday
Availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
Final shift timings will be shared closer to your start date
