Job Role : Associate
This is a non-technical contract role where Associates are responsible for reviewing and responding to a large volume of video content each shift. The focus is on maintaining high standards in accuracy, productivity, and adherence to defined operational practices. This position requires consistent screen engagement and a keen eye for detail.
Job Location
This role offers both Work From Home (WFH) and Work From Office (WFO) options. However, WFH employees must be willing to visit the office occasionally when required.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Watch and review several hundred short videos during each shift
- Maintain strict accuracy and follow defined guidelines
- Spend approximately 6.8 to 7 hours daily on video assessment (excluding breaks)
- Follow pre-defined break schedules
- Ensure all work-related data is secure and not accessed by others (especially in WFH setup)
- Participate in virtual meetings with camera on
- Identify and respond accurately even when video clarity is low or blurry
- Achieve daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
- Adapt to rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Collaborate with remote teams and contribute positively to team goals
