Non-Voice Process Executive – Content Moderation & Fraud Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• As a Non-Voice Process Executive, you will be a key player in the Content Moderation and Fraud Analysis team. Your daily tasks will include:
• Carefully reviewing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform standards and community policies.
• Monitoring for any suspicious or fraudulent user activities and escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborating with other departments to maintain platform safety, integrity, and compliance.
• Accurately documenting moderation decisions and investigative findings.
• Working across rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, to support round-the-clock operations.
