Job Title: Account Strategist
Job Type:Full-Time
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Effectively listen to customer calls to understand both stated and unstated needs.
- Offer tailored short-term and long-term solutions aligned with the client’s business objectives.
- Establish a strong connection with customers while maintaining clear, unbiased communication.
- Handle objections confidently and steer the conversation toward a positive, results-oriented direction.
- Utilize customer data and behavioral patterns to fine-tune sales strategies for improved engagement.
- Build on existing client relationships to expand revenue in targeted product categories.
- Create and implement a strategic roadmap for managing accounts using internal tools for segmentation and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the client’s marketing solutions and develop expertise in those areas.
- Translate customer marketing goals into actionable plans using the platform’s capabilities.
- Regularly update leadership on sales targets, forecasts, and key achievements.
- Proactively resolve challenges and be open to taking on new tasks as needed.
- Use dialer systems for outbound international voice campaigns.

Eligibility:
- Candidates with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales processes or international voice support are encouraged to apply.
- Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts and on rostered days off.
Education Requirements:
Graduate degree in any discipline.
Preferred Qualities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience with international voice processes and outbound dialers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Understanding of sales strategies on social media platforms is desirable.
- Ability to adapt sales conversations based on customer insights and business needs.
- Proactive, goal-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
