We are looking for a committed and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Service Desk Representative. 

  • This role involves handling international voice-based customer interactions.
  • Candidates must be prepared to work night shifts and be flexible with rotational weekly offs. 
  • Clear and fluent English communication is essential for success in this position.
