• As a Barista at Starbucks India, you will play a key role in delivering the unique Starbucks Experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Greeting and connecting with every customer to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items that meet Starbucks’ standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.
• Engaging with customers to understand their preferences and recommend products accordingly.
• Creating positive moments for every customer with prompt, courteous, and personalized service.
• Supporting team members and contributing to a respectful and encouraging store environment.
• Following operational standards for safety, hygiene, and cash handling.
• Demonstrating integrity, honesty, and a positive attitude even during busy or challenging situations.
• Assisting in training new partners by offering guidance and feedback.
