  • Offering suggestions to improve content review processes and user support.
  • Delivering excellent customer service while working within the process framework.
  • Being comfortable with 24/7 shift rotations and reviewing potentially disturbing content, such as graphic violence, hate speech, self-harm, or child abuse.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to freshers only.
  • Applicants must be graduates (no final-year students, dropouts, or result-awaiting candidates).
  • Must be fluent in both Hindi and English.
  • Must be open to working in rotational shifts.
  • Work from office only – no remote or hybrid options available.

Educational Requirements

  • Any undergraduate degree is accepted (except Law graduates).
