Job Title: Service Desk Representative – International Voice Process

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Night Shifts | Rotational Week Offs

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for international customers via voice support.
Handle inbound service requests and provide prompt issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to process guidelines.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy throughout customer interactions.
