Job Title: Technical Support Executive (International Chat Process)

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Rotational Shifts (Cab facility available post-afternoon shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver technical assistance to international customers via chat, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with operating systems (Windows XP, 8, 10), VPNs, and network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP).
Monitor and manage SLAs, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation of issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective and professional support.
Accurately log issues in the internal ticketing system for tracking and follow-up.

Eligibility Criteria:

Open to candidates with 0–6 years of relevant experience
Immediate joiners preferred

Educational Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Any undergraduate degree

Preferred Fields: B.Tech/B.E. (Production, Industrial), MCA, MBA, or equivalent postgraduates

Preferred Qualities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting
Familiarity with tools and concepts such as Microsoft Office, VPNs, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and network protocols
Analytical thinking with a solution-focused approach
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
