Job Title: Technical Support Executive (International Chat Process)

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Rotational Shifts (Cab facility available post-afternoon shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical assistance to international customers via chat, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with operating systems (Windows XP, 8, 10), VPNs, and network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP).
  • Monitor and manage SLAs, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation of issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective and professional support.
  • Accurately log issues in the internal ticketing system for tracking and follow-up.
