In this position, you will support digital safety by reviewing various types of user content such as videos, text, audio, and profiles. You will investigate reported or flagged content to determine whether it violates policies and take appropriate actions as guided by internal procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and assessing content using specialized tools in line with client policies.
- Identifying and escalating sensitive, inappropriate, or illegal content.
- Applying Anti-Money Laundering (AML) knowledge, including KYC (Know Your Customer) rules, to assess potentially illegal transactions.
- Following structured processes and resolving routine issues based on established guidelines.
- Maintaining mental resilience while handling content that may involve graphic, violent, or sensitive material.
- Collaborating within your team and reporting to direct supervisors for task execution.
- Being open to rotational shifts as part of the role.
