Job Title: Cloud Operations Trainee

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor performance and availability of cloud-hosted systems
Assist with managing cloud services such as EC2, S3, and load balancers
Support incident response and troubleshooting efforts under supervision
Contribute to automating routine infrastructure tasks using scripts
Help with system maintenance activities like patching, backups, and updates
Create and maintain documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, and deployment guides
Collaborate with senior engineers on reliability and automation projects

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with Linux distributions like CentOS, Ubuntu, or Rocky Linux
Understanding of containers (Docker/Kubernetes knowledge is a plus)
Interest in infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform
Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
Clear communication and ability to work well in a team

Qualifications:

Education: B.Tech / B.E. – Graduating in 2023, 2024, or 2025

Certifications: Cloud or DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Linux Foundation) are an added advantage
