Job Title: Cloud Operations Trainee

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor performance and availability of cloud-hosted systems
  • Assist with managing cloud services such as EC2, S3, and load balancers
  • Support incident response and troubleshooting efforts under supervision
  • Contribute to automating routine infrastructure tasks using scripts
  • Help with system maintenance activities like patching, backups, and updates
  • Create and maintain documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, and deployment guides
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on reliability and automation projects
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
  • Basic knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with Linux distributions like CentOS, Ubuntu, or Rocky Linux
  • Understanding of containers (Docker/Kubernetes knowledge is a plus)
  • Interest in infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
  • Clear communication and ability to work well in a team
Qualifications:

Education: B.Tech / B.E. – Graduating in 2023, 2024, or 2025

Certifications: Cloud or DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Linux Foundation) are an added advantage
