Cognizant is looking for a Process Executive to join our Customer Handling Division (CHD) team. This is an entry-level, full-time position ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience, especially those with exposure to the ISV and Hi-Tech sectors. You’ll be playing a key role in delivering smooth customer support operations.
Job Summary
This role is based out of Hyderabad, India, and follows a hybrid work model—offering a blend of work-from-home and in-office days. You’ll work day shifts only, so there’s no night shift stress or travel involved. The primary focus of the role is to assist customers with product-related queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction through timely and effective support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat, offering support for issues related to DocuSign products
- Troubleshoot queries such as account access, setting up document templates, sending documents, billing questions, and more
- Ensure quick and accurate resolutions while maintaining a friendly and professional tone
- Use tools like Salesforce, chat platforms, and email systems to manage support tickets and cases
Meet performance benchmarks such as:
- Achieve 90% or higher on closed case satisfaction surveys
- Maintain a call abandonment rate of 10% or lower
- Identify recurring product issues, bugs, or improvement opportunities and escalate them for resolution
- Proactively contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes

Eligibility
- 0–1 year of professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Understanding or prior exposure to the ISV and Hi-Tech industries is a plus
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (combination of office and remote)
- No travel requirements for this position
